Heroku employs Terence Lee to maintain the Ruby platform on Heroku, including ongoing contributions to Bundler.
Engine Yard
Engine Yard employed Yehuda Katz, Carl Lerche, and André Arko during the initial development of Bundler and sponsored the development of the bundle inject command. They also provide a weekly sponsorship to support ongoing development work on Bundler.

The Bundler dependency API provides dependency information to Bundler version 1.1 and higher. It speeds up `bundle install` by several times over, but requires server capacity beyond what RubyCentral is able to provide for rubygems.org.
